Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychotherapy, and Integrative Behavioral Therapy.

• Initiate and conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to identify patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process.

• Provide prompt virtual support to clients and families navigating acute crises, facilitating timely interventions and conflict resolutions through empathetic online communication.

• Engage with fellow clinicians through regular consultations, ensuring collaborative treatment strategies that address the holistic well-being of our clients.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, adapting treatment approaches in response to evolving needs and feedback, thereby optimizing outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, coupled with an active state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
