Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities, providing both couples and individual counseling. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand the needs, histories, and goals of clients.

• Developing and implementing tailor-made treatment plans for individuals and families.
\n
• Providing therapy sessions aimed at addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, domestic conflicts, job stress, and adjustment difficulties.

• Facilitating family counseling sessions that may involve mediating conflicts, improving communication, and fostering healthier relationships among family members.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients, ensuring accessibility and convenience for your patient population.

• Tracking patient progress and documenting sessions to support ongoing improvements in therapy outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create a comprehensive support network for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults, adolescents, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges. You will specifically support:

• Couples undergoing crises, seeking pre-marital guidance, or navigating divorce and separation.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
