Work Environment\n

This role is a full-time position set in a remote work environment, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong connections with patients virtually. Working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, you will engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring their comfort and security while receiving effective mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a positive, trusting rapport with patients, essential for effective counseling.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

• Conduct therapy sessions regularly, including individual and couples sessions, and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of patients, including individuals and families facing various mental health disorders. Our patient population encompasses adolescents, adults, and families requiring guidance through personal challenges, relationship issues, and other psychological barriers. Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT license to practice in California.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
