Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Bellflower, you will engage in the following core responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mood disorders, analyzing the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to determine effective interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to create personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster healthier relationships and coping mechanisms.

• Monitor client progress rigorously, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on their progress and feedback, ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to integrate care for clients with complex needs.

• Uphold stringent standards of privacy and ethics, maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
