Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to better understand clients' needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices to guide therapy.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to foster sustained improvement and achievement of therapeutic goals.

• Maintain detailed, ethical, and timely documentation in compliance with California state laws and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular clinical consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with peers for enhanced client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Your expertise will help empower clients to navigate their difficulties and enhance their coping mechanisms. We are particularly focused on providing culturally responsive care, ensuring all clients feel understood, respected, and valued.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and willingness to adopt new technologies that enhance practice efficiency.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• Familiarity with DSM-5, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred; however, newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

• Experience offering services to a wide range of demographics, including bilingual or multilingual proficiency, which will be valuable in serving our community.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload size, as well as potential for performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
