You will have the autonomy to set your own schedule within our core business hours, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and determine appropriate diagnoses.

• Design, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Maintain a caseload of 25 to 30 client sessions per week, ensuring timely documentation including treatment plan reviews and progress notes.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services including individual therapy, family counseling, and group sessions, utilizing innovative and creative interventions.

• Facilitate collaboration with case managers, family members, healthcare professionals, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients, guiding them towards achieving their therapy goals.
