Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Montage Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to couples and families based on their unique needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions, working with couples together while also meeting with individuals to address personal challenges.
\n
• Effectively managing a diverse caseload that may include issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and tracking client progress during sessions.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and support staff to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a broad spectrum, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with complex issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Physical and psychological trauma.
\n
• Grief, loss, and bereavement.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts, including sibling rivalry and parent-child issues.
\n
• Adjustment challenges related to medical issues and divestment from family structures.

• Blended family dynamics and the transition following remarriage or divorce.
\n
• Communication difficulties that hinder healthy relationships.
\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Montage Counseling Center offers a competitive salary in the range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
