Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Montage Counseling Center, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Providing therapy sessions for couples and families, working closely with each member to address issues collectively and individually.
\n
• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and relationship challenges.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate productive sessions that foster healing and transformation.
\n
• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult individuals, couples, and families who may be navigating a range of emotional and relational challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, addressing specific needs such as:

• Intervention for blended families dealing with remarriage and adjustment issues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n
