Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Montage Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families to identify their specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Providing evidence-based therapies for couples by working with both partners collectively and individually.
\n
• Implementing treatment plans tailored to address issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
\n
• Facilitating sessions aimed at improving communication skills among family members, resolving sibling conflicts, and addressing adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.
\n
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to achieve positive client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of patients, including couples, adults, and children/adolescents. Your clinical work will focus on families experiencing challenges such as job stress, blended family dynamics, medical issues, and communication difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
