Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments and tailored therapeutic interventions for clients across various age groups, ensuring that treatment plans are age-appropriate and culturally sensitive.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and support clients in navigating acute mental health challenges, ensuring timely access to care and appropriate resources.

• Consult with interdisciplinary team members to develop integrated treatment plans, leveraging collective expertise to enhance client care.

• Lead parent support groups, offering guidance on issues related to parenting, child development, and mental health, particularly focusing on clients involved in adoption and assistance for prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Conduct developmental evaluations of children to identify potential issues and delays, providing recommendations and referrals as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the specific needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing challenges related to mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, addiction, and family dynamics. You will play an essential role in supporting clients through transitional life stages and crises, focusing on solutions that empower their growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• An active, appropriate California License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is a prerequisite.

Compensation and Benefits\n
