This position is set within an outpatient office environment that embraces a remote work model, allowing clinicians to engage with clients in the comfort of their own spaces while ensuring comprehensive therapeutic care. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, facilitating comprehensive care and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to cultural and special needs considerations.

• Utilize appropriate diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to identify mental health conditions and track the effectiveness of treatment strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation using the latest technology in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular patient progress evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to solidify treatment objectives and discuss progress.

• Conduct risk assessments and provide crisis intervention strategies when needed, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Develop and implement community outreach programs that educate the public about mental health resources and services.

• Supervise and mentor interns, students, and entry-level clinicians, fostering professional development and teamwork within the department.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a current license from the New York State Board of Social Work.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
