Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Panoramic Healing & Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs, followed by developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices. \n
- Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client goals and circumstances. \n
- Maintaining detailed and precise clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity. \n
- Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment effectiveness. \n
- Participating in regular case consultations, implementing feedback from peer reviews to continually improve care quality. \n
- Engaging in community outreach and education, providing resources to patients and families to support understanding of mental health treatments and available support. \n
- Staying informed about current research in mental health to integrate new findings into your practice for improved patient outcomes. \n
Your work will primarily focus on patients coping with terminal illness and the emotional complexities surrounding hospice care. You will provide critical support to both patients and their families, helping them navigate grief, anxiety, and end-of-life concerns. This requires not only clinical skill but also a deep sense of compassion and cultural sensitivity to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must have:

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, particularly in mental health settings. \n
- A strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy, including familiarity with various therapeutic modalities. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. \n
- Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking skills. \n
While not required, preference will be given to candidates who have:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, employees will receive:
