Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be expected to:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples and families to identify mental health needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each family member.
\n
• Facilitate family therapy sessions that address various issues, including:

• Alcohol abuse and its impact on family dynamics.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse scenarios, providing trauma-informed care.
\n
• Grief and loss, assisting families in navigating their emotions.
\n
• Conflicts among siblings or family members, fostering better communication.
\n
• Stress management strategies for job-related and medical issues affecting family life.

• Support blended families and assist with challenges related to remarriage.
\n
• Guide clients through the process of separation and divorce, offering adjustment support.
\n
• Mediate communication difficulties, improving overall family interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents, actively engaging with clients from varying backgrounds, addressing mental health challenges, and promoting wellness. Your skills will be pivotal in helping families build resilience and coping strategies to thrive.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrate a commitment to pursuing clinical excellence in patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring the following experience:

• A background in providing therapy to both adults and children/adolescents

• Experience with telemedicine platforms and in-person therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer an extensive benefits package, which includes:
