Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process, adapting interventions and strategies to support each client's mental health needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards, employing up-to-date technology to facilitate streamlined information management.

• Collaborate closely with each patient and their support network to develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate their specific needs and desired outcomes.

• Proactively engage in patient safety monitoring and symptom reduction strategies, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Coordinate referrals and serve as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, fostering effective relationships to enhance continuity of care.

• Provide mentorship and educational opportunities for students, interns, and other team members, enhancing the professional growth of future mental health providers.

• Participate in clinical review, chart auditing, and peer coaching to promote team collaboration and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
