Key Responsibilities\n

The LCSW will assume several essential responsibilities aimed at promoting client well-being:

• Provide both individual and couples therapy, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of our clientele ranging from youth to adults.

• Schedule ongoing appointments, using our specialized calendar management system to keep track of client schedules and follow-ups, thus improving overall treatment adherence.

• Collaborate with a billing service that manages claims and insurance matters, allowing counselors to focus on client care without administrative distraction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
