Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will include:

• Directly interacting with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders, both in individual and group settings.

• Conducting initial assessments and utilizing evidence-based practices for client screenings, where you will evaluate each client's unique needs.

• Collaborating with team members to implement integrated care plans that ensure clients have access to appropriate services and resources.

• Providing therapeutic services, including crisis intervention, family therapy, and individual counseling, all tailored to meet client-specific goals.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and timely completion of reports and data submissions to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participating in team meetings and committees to discuss and enhance service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Working on-call as needed to support clients during emergencies or critical situations.

Qualifications\n

The successful applicant must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, with a strong focus on mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
