Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to clients across varying age groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions, ensuring all client records are up-to-date and compliant with legal and ethical standards.

• Oversee scheduling of ongoing appointments and effectively manage your calendar to accommodate client needs and support a consistent therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a billing service that handles claims processing, allowing you to focus entirely on providing quality care without the administrative burden.

• Demonstrate adaptability by working with a diverse range of clinical presentations, addressing varying levels of severity and types of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Possess current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exhibit professionalism, exemplary therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competence within a therapeutic setting.

• Understanding of and commitment to furthering therapeutic skills and professional development continually.

• Be willing to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, including availability for at least two evening appointments weekly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience working with couples is highly valued and will be strongly considered.

• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and billing processes is preferred.
