Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans for therapy sessions, accommodating the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on feedback, outcomes, and reassessments, ensuring clients are on the pathway to achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Establish and nurture relationships with families and community service providers to facilitate ongoing care and ensure integrated support systems for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of services rendered, complying with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities, clinical meetings, and in-service training to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Consult with other healthcare professionals as needed to collaborate effectively and enhance client care through interdisciplinary approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, along with their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
