Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring tailored intervention strategies.

• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.

• Develop personalized service plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and measurable objectives.

• Advocate for clients to ensure access to necessary resources and services, addressing barriers related to mental health, housing, and education.

• Participate in grant writing and program evaluation initiatives to secure funding and assess program impact effectively.

• Engage regularly with community organizations to strengthen service delivery and improve program outreach.

• Attend team meetings and continuing education sessions to stay abreast of best practices in mental health and social justice advocacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a multitude of challenges, including trauma, mental health issues, socioeconomic barriers, and substance use disorders. You will support a diverse client base, including marginalized and at-risk populations, and provide culturally competent care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this position.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory before employment begins.

• Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
