Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children with disabilities or developmental delays, ensuring accurate identification of needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to support each child's unique circumstances.

• Monitor outcomes and progress through team collaboration, communicating regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members.
\n
• Facilitate effective communication and rapport-building with families, assisting them in understanding and engaging with their child’s development.
\n
• Provide educational support and resources to families, equipping them with the tools necessary to enhance their child’s skills across various developmental domains.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices in conjunction with Natural Learning Environment practices to adapt interventions to diverse learning styles.
\n
• Comply with all federal and state regulations related to social work practice, ethics, and confidentiality standards.
\n
• Document all interactions and interventions according to established protocols to uphold the integrity of services offered.
\n
• Create an inclusive and supportive space that promotes healthy learning and emotional well-being for children and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental challenges, as well as their families. You will engage with children during their critical early years, collaborating with parents and caregivers to promote developmental skills in areas such as physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication. This targeted approach enables families to access vital resources and support tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for potential travel to client locations.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
