This position is a remote role, allowing you to provide essential support and services from a flexible location. Our Hospice Center focuses on creating a supportive and effective environment for both clients and team members, ensuring a collaborative approach to mental health care. Though the majority of the work is done remotely, you will participate in various virtual consultation meetings and team-building exercises to enhance team cohesion and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients experiencing mental health challenges, providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, coordinate more detailed assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Create and implement integrative care plans, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive services and support.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute insights and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Assist clients with crisis intervention efforts, utilizing appropriate interventions to support their immediate needs.

• Maintain a caseload, providing continuous monitoring of client progress and ensuring alignment with their treatment goals.

• Document client interactions and therapy sessions thoroughly and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in committees aimed at improving service delivery within the organization and enhancing client outcomes.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, demonstrating availability to address urgent client concerns.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
