Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster personal growth and recovery.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to manage medication and treatment plans, ensuring integrated care delivery for each client.

• Monitor client progress and outcomes, actively participating in team meetings to adjust treatment plans or interventions as necessary.

• Facilitate continuity of care and discharge planning, including advance care planning discussions with clients and their families.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's psychiatric diagnosis and specific treatment needs, incorporating feedback from multiple sources.

• Document all patient care activities accurately in our electronic healthcare record system, adherent to departmental policies and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults seeking detoxification and support services as they navigate their recovery from substance use disorders and associated mental health issues. You will draw on your clinical skills and compassionate approach to empower patients, helping them to overcome obstacles and improve their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong evidence-based clinical skills, particularly in therapy techniques relevant to mental health assessment and intervention.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients and multidisciplinary team members.

• Solid understanding of crisis intervention strategies and an ability to respond appropriately to acute situations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
