This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. We offer flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, within operating hours from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couple, or family psychotherapy and counseling, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough interviews to collect and analyze social, personal, and health-related information that can inform treatment plans.

• Evaluate clients' issues and develop treatment approaches that align with our holistic support model.
\n
• Plan and coordinate therapeutic programs and activities that address social and emotional disorders.

• Assist clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and facilitating referrals to necessary community resources.

• Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships grounded in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust.

• Assess the effectiveness of clinical interventions and modify them as necessary to enhance client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans according to our established protocols and maintain comprehensive records of care delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of families, particularly focusing on new parents and infants experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be essential in identifying early signs of mental health problems and providing the necessary support to help these families thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active Clinical Social Worker license in the state of Texas is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical social work or a related field is preferred, particularly with a focus on behavioral mental health.
