Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care during client interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear goals, interventions, and methodologies to track progress.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary, ensuring clients’ well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in accordance to ethical and legal standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, offering peer support and enhancing client engagement.
