Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately capture clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing recognized evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that define clear goals and treatment interventions to address client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and engage in safety planning when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and ethical documentation in compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and various support groups to enhance community engagement and education.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
