As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sun Rise Horizon Counseling Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical information, complying with regulatory standards and department protocols.

• Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to specific mental health issues.

• Facilitate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, ensuring effective communication and care continuity.
