This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while still maintaining shared collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, nurses, and peer support specialists. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, incorporating tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to accurately diagnose and evaluate mental health conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address cultural diversity and special needs unique to each patient, ensuring collaborative engagement with patients and their families.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective outpatient counseling.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress through regular sessions, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to support each individual's growth.

• Document and maintain timely and accurate clinical records utilizing electronic health record systems to remain compliant with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
