Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) across various modalities, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services and work alongside educational and medical professionals to ensure a continuum of care for students requiring immediate attention.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that meets clinic policies and regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with strategies to manage their mental health and navigate challenges.

• Regularly conduct outcome assessments to monitor the efficacy of treatment and adjust plans as needed.

• Keep up to date with the latest research and clinical practices to inform your therapeutic approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
