Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in managing your work-life balance while being fully supported by our dedicated team. You will have the opportunity to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your home, utilizing advanced video conferencing technology to connect with clients. Additionally, occasional in-person visits may occur at our Hospice Center, enhancing the client experience and facilitating personal connections where needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing software, addressing the psychological needs of clients facing end-of-life issues.

• Assess clients’ mental health status, gather comprehensive histories, and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to foster coping strategies and emotional resilience.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, physicians, and spiritual care advisors, to ensure a holistic care approach for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with clients in hospice care, who may be dealing with terminal illnesses and require tailored emotional and psychological support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This competitive position offers a yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 – 130,000 , commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
