Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a primary clinician by providing assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy to clients suffering from major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement integrated care plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring access to linked services.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and detailed assessments to ascertain appropriate treatment pathways.

• Monitor a caseload of clients, managing their treatment services to meet their evolving needs and focusing on client-identified goals.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, employing effective techniques to ensure the safety and stability of clients in urgent situations.

• Engage in continuous professional development to improve personal competencies and enhance service delivery.

• Maintain and ensure timely completion of documentation, including reports and data submissions, outlining clients' treatment progress and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
