Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly as a clinician with clients dealing with major mental health issues in both office and community settings.

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with multi-disciplinary team members to enhance service delivery and promote client welfare.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to determine the most appropriate care plans for clients.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that facilitate linkage to necessary services and inform all stakeholders, including family members, about care progress.

• Provide focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, catering to the unique needs of each client and their presenting concerns.

• Carry a caseload and perform individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring all interventions respect the client's desires and treatment goals.

• Assist with crisis interventions as needed, including ensuring safety and immediate support for clients in acute distress.

• Participate in committees aimed at improving agency service delivery and quality improvement efforts.

• Ensure compliance with reporting and documentation requirements, including data submissions, client records, and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
