Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including careful psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and crisis risk assessments to appropriately tailor care plans for each patient.

• Develop actionable, individualized treatment plans that address both clinical necessities and cultural sensitivities, ensuring patient goals are met within a supportive framework.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide essential crisis intervention services, coordinating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for patients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation such as progress notes and treatment plans, consistently adhering to both clinic policies and regulatory guidelines to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with practical skills and insights to effectively navigate mental health challenges.

• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary care team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive and continuous patient care.

• Perform regular outcome assessments on patient progress and the effectiveness of treatment methodologies, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
