Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing patient care:

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to the unique situations faced by those in hospice care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on hospice patients and their families, who often face complex emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal illness and end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
