Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify individual needs and create effective treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to devise personalized treatment strategies that address unique goals, consider cultural perspectives, and promote healing and recovery.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings—including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services effectively, responding to immediate client needs while ensuring continuity of care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, following clinic protocols and state regulations.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with the tools needed to manage conditions effectively and reduce stigma.

• Regularly gather outcome data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance client results.

• Stay updated with the latest research, best practices, and trends in the mental health field and integrate this knowledge into your clinical practice.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with students in a school setting, addressing a diverse range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
