Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, tailoring approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all client interactions, ensuring timely completion of therapy notes and record-keeping in accordance with best practices.

• Regularly schedule appointments with clients and manage an organized calendar to maintain ongoing therapeutic relationships.

• Utilize a billing service to efficiently handle client and insurance accounts, including benefit eligibility checks and payment plans.

• Exhibit proficiency in managing a diverse range of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic techniques as necessary for effective treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse array of clients within a school setting, addressing various mental health concerns that impact students and their families. This includes childhood and adolescent issues, behavioral challenges, emotional distress, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must hold an active LCSW license, enabling them to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting the qualifications and experience of the candidate. Additionally, the role includes a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
