Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist students in coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.

• Completing comprehensive initial intake assessments to gather pertinent information and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.

• Maintaining up-to-date progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations while evaluating treatment outcomes and adapting plans as necessary to ensure effective care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be supporting adolescents aged 10 to 18 within school environments, addressing the complexities that come with this critical developmental period. Our client population often faces challenges related to academic pressures, family dynamics, peer relationships, and mental health disorders. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation, you will empower students to overcome these barriers and succeed both academically and personally.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of direct practice experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, preferably in a school or community mental health setting.
