Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, for individuals, couples, and families.

• Keep meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and deliver holistic treatment approaches that enhance overall effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant workshops and trainings to stay informed about new research within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
