Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at our clinic, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, including regular meetings to monitor progress and stability, assess needs, and plan for discharge when necessary.

• Conduct intake assessments to effectively gather essential information and develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Implement and modify person-centered treatment plans aimed at achieving the best outcomes for each client.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.

• Engage in weekly individual sessions, participating in supervision and discussions to enhance your clinical practice.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive care process for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on youth, demonstrating our commitment to addressing the mental health needs of younger populations. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• The ability to meet credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with the following credentials will be prioritized:

• A minimum of one year of experience working with youth, particularly in dealing with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Hands-on experience in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 – 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
