Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular assessments with clients to evaluate progress and stability, and collaborate with them to determine appropriate timing for discharge when applicable.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are client-centered and goal-oriented, ensuring that therapeutic approaches meet the specific needs of each individual.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Provide comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and create foundational treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual therapeutic sessions each week, employing various therapeutic modalities as needed.

• Engage in regular individual supervision meetings for professional development and support.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other health care professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans, integrating services to better serve the client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on youth, providing them the mental health support they need to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health or a closely related field.

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Ability to fulfill the requirements for internal credentialing within relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working directly with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance abuse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
