Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that include clear, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow counselors, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid LPCC license in California is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting or providing telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
