Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify patients' mental health and psychosocial issues, advising on the appropriateness of primary care or specialty referrals.

• Initiate follow-up care to monitor patient progress and assess the effectiveness of treatment interventions, making adjustments as necessary.

• Create customized relapse prevention plans to aid patients in maintaining stability while improving their functioning in daily life.

• Identify at-risk patients and implement proactive strategies to prevent deterioration of mental health.

• Document patient progress and treatment efforts meticulously in clinical records, ensuring comprehensive communication with primary care providers to inform treatment strategies.

• Advise on behavioral changes that support physical health conditions, empowering patients to adopt healthier lifestyle choices.

• Provide educational resources and self-management skills to empower patients in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with clinic management and interdisciplinary teams to optimize behavioral health services and participate in quality program evaluation efforts.

• Assist patients in adhering to medical treatments initiated by primary care providers and offer coping strategies for medication side effects.

• Comply with the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and other relevant regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we are proud to provide a SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires.
