Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the clinical needs and histories of clients.

• Evaluate assessment findings, integrating them into comprehensive clinical summaries that guide treatment plans.

• Develop tailored treatment plans containing specific, measurable goals and interventions aligned with the client’s needs.

• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of client progress through concise and professional progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Manage client treatment progress, coordinating with relevant health care providers and resources to optimize outcomes.

• Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and community referrals, ensuring effective communication and support.

• Remain vigilant and responsive to clients' needs and concerns, prioritizing their safety and well-being throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults facing various mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Your focus will be on providing holistic care tailored to each individual's needs. By leveraging telehealth technology, you will have the opportunity to reach clients who may face barriers to traditional in-person therapy, including those in rural areas or those with mobility challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid LPCC license to practice in California is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of demonstrated expertise in providing therapeutic counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
