Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, conducting thorough assessments and providing individual, group, and family therapy to address a range of emotional and mental health needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans that align with each client’s treatment goals while ensuring access to necessary resources and support services.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings that can identify potential mental health concerns and coordinate referrals for more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve mainly include school-aged children and adolescents facing significant challenges related to mental health, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and disruptive behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; candidates with a Master’s degree in Social Work will be preferred.
