Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges specific to a school setting.

• Develop individualized service plans that encompass clear goals, targeted interventions, and regular progress monitoring.

• Provide therapeutic counseling to students and their families, assisting them in navigating various life challenges, including academic stress, family dynamics, and mental health issues.

• Collaborate with clients to devise tailored service plans and facilitate connections to vital community resources, such as tutoring, nutritional support, and housing assistance.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring the well-being of students.

• Work closely with school staff, administrators, and other community agencies to coordinate services and advocate for the needs of students.

• Engage in community outreach activities aimed at raising awareness about mental health services and promoting the resources available through Renewed Hope.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training sessions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role will be students in K-12 education, along with their families, who are facing emotional and psychological challenges. Our focus is on fostering resilience and providing therapeutic support to help students navigate their unique environments, particularly during times of transition or crisis.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Proven understanding of social and economic justice issues, as well as trauma-informed care practices.

• Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed in this dynamic role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a competitive sign-on bonus.
