Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify the needs and strengths of each client.

• Develop collaborative, individualized treatment plans that consider the specific cultural, emotional, and developmental needs of students and families.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies in various settings, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment for clients facing acute crises.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in line with clinic policies and state regulations, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
\n
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families to help them understand and manage mental health challenges, enhancing their overall well-being.

• Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach, collaborating regularly with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly and adjust plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Stay informed on the latest mental health research and trends, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
