Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students’ mental health concerns and collaborate closely with teachers and parents to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each student.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, ensuring that each session is customized to help students navigate their unique challenges.

• Work in partnership with students to set realistic therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress through ongoing feedback and tailored care strategies.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to deliver services that are convenient, allowing students to access support in a manner that is comfortable and accessible for them.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-age children and adolescents, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management related to academic and personal life. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California or another applicable state.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical social work with substantial experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong rapport with students, parents, and educational staff from diverse backgrounds.
