Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinician directly supporting students in both office and community settings, conducting assessments for those experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that the treatment services are aligned with the clients’ presenting issues and service requests.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring appropriate access to linked services for students and families.

• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, working towards common goals focused on client empowerment and choice.

• Implement evidence-based screening and assessment practices, arranging for further evaluations as necessary.

• Monitor client progress, facilitating timely completion of reports, and handling data submissions as needed.

• Participate actively in committees aimed at enhancing agency service delivery and contributing to overall quality improvement initiatives.

• Conduct crisis interventions when required, providing immediate support to students in distress.

• Ensure safety standards are maintained within your practice, identifying and addressing unsafe situations promptly.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned to support client needs.

Your client base will primarily include students from diverse backgrounds who are facing mental health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. A strong emphasis is placed on cultural competency, requiring you to respect and understand the varying beliefs and traditions that shape the experiences of each student.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, with an active LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
