Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients, focusing on their progress, stability, and future appointments, as well as preparing for discharge when appropriate.

• Create and continuously update personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, monitoring their progress and adapting interventions as necessary.

• Document all client interactions and maintain thorough progress notes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Conduct intake assessments to determine clients' needs and initial treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, consistently applying evidence-based practices.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to create a holistic support system for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. You will also provide support to clients dealing with substance abuse issues. By employing therapeutic approaches that resonate with your clients, you will guide them toward achieving their goals for mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience in working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
