Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to equip clients with coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients, enhancing treatment outcomes through a well-rounded approach.

• Maintain accurate and updated clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• You must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, particularly within a clinical setting, is necessary.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma therapy is highly desirable.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload.
