Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions that encourage interaction, connection, and shared learning among clients.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic counseling tailored to individuals' unique experiences, helping them explore their emotions, thoughts, and behavioral patterns.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that focus on their specific needs, strengths, and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate clients' progress, ensuring they are on the path to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 who may be facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current LPC license for the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
